MWC Tip Bot Update

We're pleased to announce that the MWC Tip Bot is back online with a number of improvements and new features!

What's New

* Atomic tip and soak transactions have been implemented for improved reliability and consistency.
* All application (slash) commands are now fully operational again.
* Fixed the airdrop command.
* Added a brand new phrasedrop command.
* Faucet upgraded:
* Increased from 1 claim every 4 hours to 3 claims every 2 hours.
* Reward range updated to 0.001–2 MWC per claim.
* Private deposits via Direct Messages are now supported for users who prefer not to share their deposit address publicly. Deposits also continue to work in 💰・tipbot.
* Fixed various bugs and made several performance improvements to provide a smoother overall experience.
