How it will work moving forward:
TIPBOT will be used strictly for technical purposes: to automatically log your submissions, count the votes, and distribute a symbolic entry tip (which is required to create the quest).
JARBOT will handle the rest: the main, proper reward will be calculated and paid out directly through JarBot once the task is fully verified.
